Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager/ Program Managers for a Global Banking Project. We are ideally looking at a PM with extensive experience managing end to end projects in Global Markets. Responsibilities: Manage overall project delivery and define Target Operating Model Establish/Oversee project execution structure: Project manage, ensure consistency/synchronization, integrated project plan (incl updates), timeline, dependencies. Coordinate Project Status with key stakeholders during a recurring weekly project meeting. With notes and action items being shared to all attendees via Confluence. A high-level, condensed version of the program status is provided to executive on a weekly or bi-weekly basis via email as well. Facilitate project / workstream update and working sessions/meetings: agenda, minutes, timeline, overall project updates, etc. Take accountability and deliver complex projects to a high-quality standard to hard deadlines Influence and manage ikey stakeholders effectively Challenges the status quo and seek opportunities for improvement Ability to remain objective and to independently raise areas of risk exposure Experience working in project/change management (preferably in Cash Management and Trade Finance) Strong understanding of Global Banking products Ability to prioritize work and meet deadline Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field Relevant working experience in financial services Ability to work independently Strong experience in banking operations and products At least 5 years of working experience as a Banking Project Manager Prior experience working on projects related to Cash Management and Trade Finance will be advantageous Additional Information Please be aware that Sia Partners requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment. “Fully vaccinated” means that the individual can provide acceptable proof that the individual has received, at least fourteen (14) days prior to the individual’s start date, either the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine, or one dose of a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.
