CONTRACTOR PSYCHOLOGIST

Location: Maroochydore, QLD
Minimum: 2 Days Per Week | Flexible Schedule

Thriving Minds Psychology Clinic is inviting fully registered psychologists to join our team as independent contractors. This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility and autonomy, while still receiving strong operational support to streamline their clinical work.
Whether your interest lies in therapy, assessments, or both, we provide the infrastructure and systems you need to focus on client care without the burden and risk of running your own practice. You set your schedule, choose your areas of focus, and invoice for services delivered. We’ll take care of the rest.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Full AHPRA registration as a psychologist
• ABN, insurances, and Medicare eligibility
• Confidence in therapy and/or assessments
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, client-centred, high-quality care
  While this role is primarily set up for independent contractors, we are also open to discussing an employed position with experienced clinicians seeking stability, clinical mentorship, and long-term alignment with our team.
