Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Contactor Support Administrator, you will be overseeing all the roadside contractor’s insurance alongside H&S audits. If you’re highly organised, passionate about delivering exceptional service, this could be the role for you. This role is a full-time, permanent role in our offices based in Bescot.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Provide high-quality support across our UK and ROI contractor network, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint.
  • Process and analyse contractor payments with accuracy, maintaining financial integrity and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for insurance, certifications (PAS43, ISO9001), health & safety, and contractual documents.
  • Manage contractor data within our systems – creating, updating, and archiving as necessary.
  • Support audits and compliance checks with professional communication and strong documentation.
  • Be flexible to support business needs, occasionally outside of standard working hours.
