CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – FULL TIME

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our busy Contracts Department. This is an office-based role where you will help projects run smoothly. You will process contract information, maintain accurate records, order stock, attend meetings, and support managers with day-to-day requirements. Training will be provided on our internal processes and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter and update contract data accurately in Sapphire
  • Maintain and monitor records for surveys, manufacturing, and installations
  • Record, file, and track installation handovers and documentation
  • Order stock and materials for managers as required
  • Attend internal meetings and provide administrative support to managers
  • Identify and help resolve problems quickly and effectively
  • Work independently to manage tasks and meet deadlines
  • Assist with preparing payment details for installers and subcontractors
  • Produce contract reports, including KPIs and progress updates
  • General office administration, filing, and scanning
