(DHi) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Administration Specialist to support contract management and administration for government and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining contract documentation, tracking milestones, coordinating reviews, and supporting compliance with federal contracting requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage sensitive contractual information in a fast-paced government contracting environment. Key ResponsibilitiesContract Administration Maintain and organize contract documentation for all active projects. Track contract milestones, deliverables, and expiration dates. Assist in contract preparation, modifications, and renewals. Coordinate contract reviews with legal and program management teams. Compliance & Documentation Ensure contracts comply with federal, state, and internal requirements. Support audits and provide documentation for compliance reviews. Maintain organized records for reporting and internal reference. Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with project managers, finance, and legal teams to ensure contracts are properly executed and monitored. Assist with vendor and subcontractor contract documentation and compliance tracking. Reporting & Systems Management Maintain accurate contract records within contract management systems. Generate reports for leadership on contract status, deadlines, and compliance metrics. Assist in process improvement initiatives for contract administration. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field. 3–5 years of contract administration or related experience. Knowledge of contract management processes and documentation standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience in government contracting or federal compliance. Familiarity with contract management systems. Knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations. Experience coordinating contract reviews and vendor agreements.
