The Contracts Administrative Team seeks a detail-oriented, enthusiastic professional who excels in accuracy and critical thinking. Our objective is to support Leadership, Operations and Sales Teams by providing prompt, efficient responses without sacrificing quality, thereby ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
Industrial Fumigant Company (IFC) delivers comprehensive commercial pest management services nationwide.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a valid US driver’s license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least five (5) years of experience in a critical administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and detailed work standards
  • Proficiency and advanced skills in Microsoft applications and other computer software systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to positively react to change in environment, process, and people
  • Experience working in an administrative capacity within a professional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in contract software (e.g., AdobeSign), Adobe Professional, and Canva

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offer administrative support to Management, Operations and Sales Teams across the nation
  • Prepare agreements and proposals, verify document accuracy, maintain proper documentation, and handle general office management tasks
  • Maintain critical customer documentation in CRM portal
  • Interpret and analyze both oral and written communications effectively
  • Facilitate the planning and coordination of office functions, including company annual conference
  • Assist with special projects assigned by your manager
