Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
The Contract Administrator is responsible for preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to real estate development projects. The role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while supporting project teams in contract execution and dispute resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in contract administration, preferably in real estate or construction.
- Strong knowledge of UAE contract laws and FIDIC contract principles.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
