TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE AND DEMONSTRATE CAPABILITY IN THE FOLLOWING:

  • Achieved or working towards a tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, contract management or similar field (e.g., bachelor’s degree)
  • Experience in civil construction project environments
  • Solid understanding of commercial requirements, contract and subcontract management and cost control
  • Sound understanding of estimating fundamentals
  • Proficiency with vendor onboarding and management

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Contracts Administration Assistant to join our team in our Wangara Office to support the procurement and commercial function across Australia.
As the Contracts Administration Assistant, you will be reporting to the Senior Contract Administrator and be responsible for supporting the delivery of procurement, commercial and contractual requirements.

OTHER KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Assist in preparing contract templates based on the project contract documentation.
  • Assist Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Administrator to review contractual obligations and contract templates.
  • Maintain and update as required the vendor registration portal.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts for suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Assist with preparation and lodgment of payment claims.
  • Proactively builds positive relationships with Vendors and Project teams to ensure a suitable outcome for both parties.
