ACCOUNTABILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-year college diploma in business or legal administration
  • 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative role, contracts administration experience is an asset
  • Strong computer skills – MS Office suite (Office 365 preferred)
  • Highly organized and able to track multiple deadlines
  • French/English bilingualism an asset
Responsibilities
  • Processing documents for contract award and amendments.
  • Assist with collection of necessary information to create customer program reports as required.
  • Assist with formulating pricing for contracts of all types in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with submitting proposals in accordance with company policies based on coordinated inputs from “supplier” departments.
  • With the assistance of a Sr. Contract Administrator, acting as customer interface for minor contracts on routine matters.
  • Process and /or support the preparation of import / export documentation as required.
  • Using the ERP System to enter, amend and monitor existing contracts.
  • Maintenance of the filing system, including archiving completed contracts and setting up quote files.
  • Maintain all vendor / non – disclosure agreements revalidating as necessary and assisting the contracts department in special projects as required.
  • Prepare, log and follow-up the completion of ECP/ECR/DCP in accordance with company procedures and applicable customer requirements.
