Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal person for this role will be a Contracts Administrator with 3 -5 years experience in a similar role. Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams the Contracts Administrator be responsible for overseeing projects from procurement stages through to final accounts including assisting with monthly forecasting and budgeting.
Knowledge of construction law; both of the head contract and subcontract to successfully manage the projects, claims and variations is desired.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE



    • Degree in Construction Management or related field is highly regarded

    • Experience within residential construction
    • Strong financial management experience and well-rounded business acumen
    • Experienced end to end in the project life cycle from cultivating opportunities > scoping > pricing > negotiation > delivery
