KBR is looking for Contracts administrator. *** In order to be considered candidate MUST be Saudi National *** Responsibilities: Contract drafting & review – Prepare, edit, and review contract documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Compliance monitoring – Ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations in line with agreed terms, timelines, and regulations. Documentation management – Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related correspondence. Coordination with stakeholders – Liaise with project managers, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution. Strong attention to detail for reviewing legal and financial terms. Proficiency in contract management systems and MS Office tools. Qualifications: Minimum 6 years’ work related experience - High School. • Minimum 4 years’ work related experience - Diploma. Supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities. Experience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge. Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills Proven leadership skills with large organizations Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems Strategic thinking, open to new ideas An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment Belong.
