We are looking for a Contract Administrator with experience in the municipal/subdivision development field.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree or College diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in municipal/land development industry;
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for interaction and correspondence with clients, colleagues, consultants and team;
  • Proven, advanced level Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft office;
  • Able to work with design and construction teams on numerous projects at the same time and meet established deadlines;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Must possess a strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients;
  • Independent, along with excellent planning and organization abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare contract and tender documents;
  • Assist with preparing cost estimates;
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and measurements;
  • Review and prepare contractor’s progress payment certificate;
  • Assist with letter of credit reduction requests on behalf of clients;
  • Provide support and attend limited field inspections, as required;
  • Perform siting/plot plan reviews;
  • Stay up to date with policies, guidelines and new technologies
  • Coordinate & communicate with clients, contractors and other professional consultants.
