Roles & Responsibilities: Operational: Administer and coordinate the contract lifecycle to ensure contracts are properly executed, documented, and maintained in accordance with company procedures. Support procurement and business stakeholders by ensuring contractual documentation accurately reflects approved commercial terms and conditions. Maintain contract records, support compliance with internal governance, policies, and regulatory requirements. Product/Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes, documentation, and workflows to enhance efficiency and control. Support the implementation of standardized templates, tools, and procedures to improve consistency in contract management activities. Physical Working Conditions: Normal working conditions (office): travel for training; company events when requested. JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Experience & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Strong English language communication skills, both written and verbal. Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, preferably in a contract administration or commercial support role. Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of contract documentation, procurement processes, and contract lifecycle management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously Ability to review and interpret contractual terms and coordinate with Legal, Procurement, and business stakeholders.
