Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Managing budgets, tracking expenses, and potentially handling invoicing and payroll.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records and managing information systems.
  • Strategic Planning: Supporting the development and execution of strategic plans.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges.
  • Project Management: Assisting with project planning, implementation, and monitoring progress.
  • Customer Service: Handling customer inquiries and providing support.
  • Contract Management:

Developing, reviewing, and managing various types of contracts, ensuring they meet the organization’s needs and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Dispute Resolution:

Resolving any disputes that may arise during the contract lifecycle.

  • IQN entry:

Integrated Quality Network (IQN) framework,

Skills:

  • Organizational Skills: Managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Interacting with staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving operational issues.
  • Time Management: Managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using office software and other relevant applications.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding basic financial principles and budgeting.

  • Experience:

5+ years with progressive experience in contract management, procurement, and/ or finance.

  • IQN Knowledge:

Experience working within an Integrated Quality Network (IQN) framework would be an assest but willing to train if required
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Price Range $23-$28 hr based on experiance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
