Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen " for a Part time Contracts Administrator based at our Dunstable depot to work for a well established family run business with opportunities for progression.
Hours: 20 hours per week -days to be discussed at interview

Up to £12.50 per hour depending on experience

  • You will need admin experience.
  • Excellent customer service and telephone skills
  • Be highly organised and efficient at completing tasks in a timely manner.

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred
Responsibilities
  • Answering office telephone, dealing with client queries.
  • Deal with client queries via email, log these and liaise with JOC depot management team.
  • Complete monthly invoicing and spreadsheets in various formats on Excel.
  • Database entry, emails, completion of timesheets and assisting Contract Manager with all admin duties.
