ABOUT THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to be part of a dynamic team located in Regional Adelaide, South Australia.
As a Contracts Administrator, you will be a detail-driven individual ensuring efficient and effective management of the commercial and contractual activities for allocated projects on the Framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the preparation of request for quotations for subcontracts and supply items
  • Assist the Commercial Manager with negotiations with short listed subcontractors and suppliers
  • Support the Project Team in the identification and addressing of commercial risks in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all subcontracts, supply and services contracts are procured, executed, delivered and closed out in accordance with company commercial policies
