Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager this role will assist in Managing the Tender submission processes and operational delivery and management of contracts inclusive of pre-contracts/tenders.
We are seeking someone who is collaborative in their approach and in liaising with stake holders across the business.
Ideally you would have site experience as this would prove advantageous in understanding requirements from our company’s subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders (Project managers, Sub-Contractors, clients etc)
  • Assist the Project Managers during the monthly CTC process
  • Assisting the Estimators and project team with submitted quotation and scope queries
  • Liaising with project teams to ensure required documentation is provided to clients in a timely manner Completion of request for securities (e.g BG’s or Bonds)
  • Preparing reports and assisting in the periodic applications of payment claims, invoicing and assist in the management and reporting of cash flow forecasts
  • Assisting Project Managers with pricing for variation claims on all projects
  • Supporting the contract and project teams in tender evaluation processes for project packages, prepare cost estimates and budgets, participate in trade package negotiations and settlement of subcontracts, ensuring that all subcontract agreements are properly executed prior to making payments.
  • Attending Sub contractor letting meetings and negotiations where required
  • Ensure that all subcontractors claims are properly evaluated and responded to
  • Manage payment schedules
  • Associated reporting as required by the Project Teams
  • Assist the Senior Management team where required.
