Job Summary:
We are looking highly motivated and reliable individual who is results driven and has a passion for high standards of customer service to work within our internal sales team to prepare quotations, process customer orders and deal with related enquiries. This role would suit a candidate with excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills and are able to adapt well to a variety of situations. The role can be quite fast paced meaning being able to work as part of a team as well as being able to work individually, adapting to changes and grasping new ideas and skills quickly is desirable.
This is a hybrid role which will be 1/2 days from home and 3/4 days in the office, During training the role will be office based. Training will be given where appropriate.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

• Customer quotations
• Order Processing
• Liaise with Customers
• Liaise with Suppliers
• Maintain and update customer job files
• Collaboration within team / other areas of the business
• General administration within the department
