Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Contracts Advisor with expertise in Capital Projects and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contracts. As a leading recruitment company under ERAM Holdings, Eram Talent specializes in connecting skilled professionals with premier companies. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract negotiations and administration for large-scale capital projects, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across all stages of EPC contracts. If selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and manage EPC contracts and subcontracts for capital projects Ensure contract compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to contract terms Collaborate with project, legal, finance, and procurement teams to facilitate contract execution Manage contract amendments, claims, and dispute resolution processes Maintain accurate contract documentation and reporting throughout project lifecycle Provide expert advice on contractual obligations impacting capital projects Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical), law, business administration, or related discipline 15 years of experience in contracts procurement and administration within the oil & Gas sector Ability to develop and administrate Capital Project contracts Preferred Certificates : PMP, CPCM, CCMP, CICCM, CLS, NCMA, IPSCMI (Any one). Extensive experience across all phases of the contracting lifecycle, including solicitation, award, execution, administration, and close-out Solid experience in managing and negotiating EPC, EPCM, LSTK, and service contracts, with a strong understanding of commercial and legal implications Deep understanding of contract types and structures, with the ability to tailor terms to project specific risks and requirements Strong knowledge of international contracting standards, local legal, regulatory frameworks, and Saudi Aramco contracting procedures is preferred. Experience in risk management, claims analysis, and dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation Proficient in using contract management systems, ERP tools (SAP), and project management software Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex and high-pressure environments Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK), Lump Sum Procure and Build (LSPB), EPC, EPCM, and service agreements Knowledgeable in Saudi Aramco contracting policies, procedures, safety requirements, and legal requirements, including internal controls and governance standards Ability to manage contractor performance throughout the contract lifecycle, including scope, cost, schedule, and quality, to ensure delivery against agreed milestones and service levels Ability to interface with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Risk Management to ensure contractual alignment and risk Familiarity with contract management software and industry standards
