If you’re passionate about making a difference, love working in a fast-paced environment, and are inspired by the opportunity to contribute to something bigger, this could be the role for you.   Role Highlights Join Fremantle Ports as a Contracts Advisor and play a key role in managing commercial agreements, customer partnerships, and contract negotiations that support the organisation's strategic objectives. Working collaboratively across multiple divisions, you will provide commercial advice, develop innovative contract solutions, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute professional who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and contributing to the ongoing success and growth of Fremantle Ports.   Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:    * Manage and administer commercial contracts and customer agreements  * Lead contract negotiations and deliver commercially sound outcomes  * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders  * Partner across divisions to meet contractual commitments and customer needs  * Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and partnerships  * Prepare business cases and provide commercial insights and recommendations  * Assess and mitigate contractual, commercial and operational risks  * Represent Fremantle Ports in industry forums, committees and stakeholder groups  * Provide commercial and contractual advice across the organisation, including liaison with Legal  * Promote a strong culture of safety, governance, compliance and ethical business practices   What Makes You a Great Fit   You are a commercially focused professional with relevant qualifications and 3–5 years' experience in contract management, commercial advisory or a related field. Studies in Law are highly desirable, supporting your ability to navigate contractual obligations, negotiations and commercial risk. You have proven experience building strong stakeholder relationships, negotiating complex agreements and delivering commercially sound outcomes. You combine strong commercial acumen with excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy and confident using CRM systems and digital business tools, you can effectively manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment. With a proactive and collaborative approach, you thrive on finding solutions and creating value for customers and the business.
