As a Contract Advisor within the Regional Execution Supply Chain team, you will help ensure contracts, materials, and services are in place to support the successful delivery of Turnarounds (TA) and Business Unit Projects & Construction (BUP/C). Working closely with SCM Advisors, Procurement, and Project, Construction, and Execution teams, you will align with central commercial strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-effective, timely procurement outcomes—while mitigating risk and enabling safe, efficient project execution. Responsibilities: Lead negotiations on terms and conditions deviations for non-contract spend Identify and action complex critical opportunities to take scopes to market under central strategies to drive cost avoidance and reduction in the TA and BUP/C scope Support business stakeholders in supplier performance management through Manage Work Execution programs to improve supplier outcomes Contribute to team capability and development by strengthening understanding of Pay for Performance (P4P) principles, incentivized payment structures, contract management best practices, and contractual interpretation Develop, in alignment with central deviation processes, SPPs (Supply Position Papers), RFAs (Requests for Approval), and single-use agreements for off-strategy or off-contract commercial requirements where central strategies do not support business needs Location and other Key details: This is an office-based role.
