We are seeking top-tier talent to join our Infrastructure division and build innovative projects in the transit and transportation sectors, such as roads, highways/freeways, bridges, interchanges, LRTs, BRTs, and airports. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business or Law
  • 8+ years of construction and commercial management experience working on large-scale ($100M +) construction projects, including design-build in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of construction contract administration and the principles of purchasing, finance, and estimating
  • Strong negotiation skills, including resolution of deficiencies and / or claims
  • Thorough understanding of contract law and detailed experience working with various contract types and forms
  • The Commercial role at Graham is a dynamic role, and strong relationship skills are required
Responsibilities

Reporting functionally to the Commercial Director and operationally to Senior Operational Leaders, the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial control, risk management, and contract compliance while optimizing project profitability and efficiency.
