We are seeking a motivated Contracts and Compliance Analyst. The Contracts and Compliance Analyst is an integral member of the Bohemia Interactive Simulations (BISim) team providing administrative support in several areas, to include recordkeeping, preparation, coordination of contract administration and management duties, legal administration, procurement onboarding, due diligence with company policies and other related contracts and compliance tasks. This position will collect required information, seek reviews and approvals, and maintain repositories of documentation generated by multiple participants in a complex, multi-project organization.

• Critical and analytical thinking, sound judgment, and mental agility
• Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills, including a keen attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and effectively with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio), as well as a willingness to learn and adapt new platforms

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree or regional equivalent in a relevant field, or 1-2 years of experience in a related field
• Previous experience working in government contracting, procurement, and/or compliance related fields
