Description

The LSC scope of work covers contracts review and drafting (both customer and supplier contracts) as well as general legal support, including implementation of the company's ethics and compliance program, legal knowledge management, disputes and litigation, and corporate legal tasks. Initial duties will most likely pertain to supporting customer and supplier contract review, drafting, and negotiation. participate in Legal Department training and development initiatives and complete all assigned trainings support implementation of workflows, processes, procedures, practices, guidelines, playbooks, and templates. Ability to communicate effectively and interact with, as well as support, effective partnerships with management, peers, and internal stake holders. Ability to proactively organize a heavy workload and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities.

Responsibilities
