WHAT YOU WILL DO

As part of the National Services Team, you will be responsible for the administrating contracts and warranty claims, keeping cost under control and ensuring policies and guidelines.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with dealers regarding contracted and warranty maintenance and repair work nationally
  • Management of costs in-line with contract and warranty terms
  • Ensure quality of information received allows accurate invoicing
