Description Review vehicle sales deals for completeness and compliance. Verify all required documentation, signatures, and supporting paperwork. Process retail, lease, cash, and finance transactions. Submit funding packages to lenders and monitor funding status. Maintain accurate deal records and electronic files. Reconcile contract schedules and identify missing documentation. Communicate with sales managers, finance managers, lenders, and accounting staff regarding deal corrections. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Assist with vehicle registration and title documentation as needed. Support month-end closing activities and special projects. Requirements Prior automotive dealership contracts clerk experience preferred. Knowledge of dealership sales and finance documentation. Experience with DealerBuilt, Tekion , RouteOne, or similar dealership systems preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Professional communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent required. Understanding of lender funding requirements. Experience auditing deal jackets and identifying discrepancies. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
