OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Contract and Compliance Coordinator to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for processing sales contracts, executing loans, ensuring compliance with all DMV, lender, and internal policies, and coordinating between departments to facilitate smooth deal flow. The ideal candidate will be organized, communicative, and committed to providing exceptional service to both customers and internal teams.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in procurement, vendor management, and compliance management.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property law, UCC law, and federal acquisition regulations is preferred.
  • Experience in legal drafting, document review, contract management, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for effective records management.
  • Ability to conduct research related to business development and strategic planning efforts.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic signatures and document management workflows.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our operations while supporting various administrative functions.
