Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts / Commercial Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management and commercial operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maximizing business value. Develop, negotiate, and manage complex commercial contracts with clients, vendors, and partners Analyze and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring the protection of company interests Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective contract strategies Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout Conduct financial analysis to evaluate contract performance and profitability Ensure compliance with UAE commercial laws and regulations Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes Provide guidance and training to team members on contract management best practices Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments affecting contract management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management or commercial roles Strong knowledge of UAE commercial laws and regulations Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and assess risks Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite Experience working in the UAE business environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Professional certifications such as IACCM or CCCM preferred Understanding of international contract law Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: OnM Operations Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Contract Management
