Key Responsibilities

• Review client, contractor and supplier contracts, identifying commercial risks, obligations and compliance requirements.
• Manage subcontractor agreements and monitor contractual deliverables throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Perform commercial pricing calculations, including rise and fall adjustments and contract price reviews.
• Manage contract variations, extensions, renewals, claims and commercial amendments.
• Support property and lease reviews, negotiations and renewals.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel on contract reviews and commercial matters.
• Maintain accurate contract records and supporting documentation.
• Support tendering and pre-qualification activities.
• Provide commercial guidance to stakeholders on contractual obligations, risks and compliance.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Experience in contract administration, commercial management, procurement or a similar role.
• Strong skills in reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts, terms and conditions.
• Experience managing subcontractor agreements, contract variations and commercial pricing mechanisms.
• Knowledge of rise and fall calculations, price adjustments and financial modelling.
• Experience liaising with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate across Operations, Finance and Business Development.
• A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Law, Contract Management or Procurement will be highly regarded.
