To support our continued growth and uphold the highest standards of legal and contractual integrity, we are hiring a Contracts & Compliance Manager. This pivotal role will oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management and regulatory compliance across all business channels.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Contracts & Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing commercial agreements, ensuring adherence to UAE laws and industry regulations, and safeguarding the organization from legal and operational risks. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong legal acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure company-wide compliance.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • LLB or UAE Legal Certification preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract management, corporate compliance, or legal advisory roles.
  • Prior experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or government services is highly desirable.
  • Deep knowledge of UAE labor law, civil law, and industry-specific regulations.

SKILLS

  • Exceptional contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to legal accuracy and document control.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with contract management tools or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is preferred.
