EXPERIENCE:
- 3–5 years of contract management experience, preferably in media, entertainment, or a related industry.
- Experience working with contract management systems and maintaining detailed records.
- A degree or diploma in business, legal studies, or a related field.
- Legal or Paralegal certification or training is a plus but not required.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to understand and explain legal language and processes.
- Has the innate ability to navigate priorities while also being flexible and adaptable
- Exceptional attention to detail and a logistics-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Diplomacy and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and experience with database tools.
- Manage confidential and sensitive contract information with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for contract-related inquiries, balancing transparency with the need to safeguard proprietary information.
- Maintain and update secure contract management systems, ensuring accurate records while adhering to data protection and confidentiality standards.
- Support the administration and tracking of all contracts while ensuring compliance and confidentiality throughout all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders while exercising discretion in handling sensitive negotiations and details.
- Demonstrate strong judgment in managing and communicating contract provisions, ensuring alignment with company priorities and confidentiality protocols.
