EXPERIENCE:

  • 3–5 years of contract management experience, preferably in media, entertainment, or a related industry.
  • Experience working with contract management systems and maintaining detailed records.
  • A degree or diploma in business, legal studies, or a related field.
  • Legal or Paralegal certification or training is a plus but not required.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to understand and explain legal language and processes.
  • Has the innate ability to navigate priorities while also being flexible and adaptable
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a logistics-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Diplomacy and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and experience with database tools.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive contract information with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for contract-related inquiries, balancing transparency with the need to safeguard proprietary information.
  • Maintain and update secure contract management systems, ensuring accurate records while adhering to data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Support the administration and tracking of all contracts while ensuring compliance and confidentiality throughout all interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders while exercising discretion in handling sensitive negotiations and details.
  • Demonstrate strong judgment in managing and communicating contract provisions, ensuring alignment with company priorities and confidentiality protocols.
