The Role

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers once an order is placed
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather information and keep customers informed
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure smooth delivery
  • Prepare and dispatch technical documentation packages on schedule
  • Attend production meetings and update customers on progress
  • Support import/export logistics for machinery and test materials

The Person

  • BTEC Level 3 or equivalent
  • Experience managing multiple contracts
  • Familiar with ERP systems (Sage preferred)
