About the Role
At Signant Health, we simplify the path from science to medicine by supporting clinical research with technology and expertise. We’re looking for a Contracts Coordinator to join our Commercial team in Dublin, Ireland. We are looking for someone with the ability to go into our Dublin office for the initial training period of approximately 3 months on a full-time basis, followed up by a flexible hybrid schedule.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our contracting process – ensuring contracts move smoothly from review through signature and storage, supporting commercial reporting, and helping create customer agreements for Signant Health’s products and services. It’s a collaborative role that works closely with sales, legal, operations, and finance to make sure everything runs efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and track the full lifecycle of contract review, signature, and storage
• Maintain and update our contract clause library and standard terms
• Support the Commercial team with contract reporting and data analytics
• Draft and create contract documents such as Change Orders and Work Orders
• Collaborate across sales, legal, operations, and finance teams to finalize agreements
• Update and maintain contract data in internal systems such as Salesforce and CONGA
• Ensure proper documentation and governance processes are followed
• Assist with additional commercial or contract-related projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma with 4+ years of administrative/coordinator experience OR a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a similar role
• Proficiency with Excel (intermediate or higher) and comfort working with multiple systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills – able to work with all levels of the organization
• A collaborative mindset with a “can-do” attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience with contracting processes
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Conga, or similar systems
• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industries
