The New Build Program Management division at Fleetway Inc. is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing New Build Programs for the Royal Canadian Navy. Our team—made up of Project, Program, and Portfolio Managers, along with Contracts Specialists—works collaboratively to deliver engaging initiatives that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders, while staying aligned with organizational goals. From concept to execution, we ensure projects and programs are strategically planned and efficiently delivered. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Coordinator provides essential administrative and documentation support to the Contracts team. This role ensures the integrity and efficiency of contract management processes by preparing, reviewing, and organizing contract documentation, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating invoice and payment workflows. As a key point of contact for contract-related inquiries, the Contract Coordinator also contributes to the continuous improvement of contract management practices.
