The Position: The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for ensuring contract preparations are professionally responded to in a timely, accurate and complete manner. The position works with all departments to maximize potential to acquire and maintain business while optimizing profitability.
REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Diploma in Business Administration and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in a related field.
- Experience in a healthcare and/or supply chain environment would be an asset.
- Solid MS Office Software experience and ability to work with Excel at the intermediate level.
- Experience with contract administration and/or public procurement methodologies is considered an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail and follow-up.
- Experience working with an ERP system is an asset.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Fluent in French both written and oral would be an asset.
