Contracts Database Administrator (Summer Internship – Casual Role) Great summer opportunity for students with an interest in contracts or admin Flexible hours (min 20 per week) + 2-week Christmas break Supportive team, hands-on experience, and valuable skills for your CV Location: Auckland Duration: Now – Mid February 2026 Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week (with flexibility for more) Break: Two-week Christmas/New Year break Looking to gain real-world legal or commercial experience this summer? We’re on the lookout for someone to join our team in a casual role helping us manage our contracts database. This opportunity would ideally suit a student with a basic understanding of contracts, perhaps someone studying law or a related field, but we welcome anyone with an interest in admin, contracts, or business operations. You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team, learning on the job and building valuable skills that will look great on your CV. Mō te tūranga | About the Role As a Contracts Database Administrator, you will: Upload and update supplier contracts in our system Help to organise and archive older contracts Make sure contract details are accurate and up to date Work with different teams to follow up on outstanding tasks Support users of the contracts database Help with reporting and audits when needed Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? We’re looking for someone who has: A baseline understanding of contracts (e.g. through legal or commercial studies). Good attention to detail and accuracy An interest in contract administration or procurement processes. Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) Friendly and clear communicator Organised and able to manage different tasks Happy to ask questions and learn as you go!
