Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical Experience: 12 - 15 years in Contract Management, preferably within procurement, commercial, project management, or Oil & Gas services.
- Managerial Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Legal LLB and/or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Business, Contracts, or related studies.
LINGUISTIC SKILLS
- Mandatory: English proficiency.

- Proven experience in contract negotiations and vendor management.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
Responsibilities:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise contract personnel across projects.
- Identify and implement training programs for contract personnel, establishing achievable KPIs.
- Provide contractual and legal guidance for in-house and external projects.
- Attend project sites to support teams and participate in client and contractor meetings.
- Develop and maintain contract management procedures aligned with IMS requirements.
- Oversee contract registers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Support clients and CLIENTS teams in adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist with internal and external audits as required.
- Contribute to CLIENTS UAE’s capability development through training initiatives such as Lunch & Learn events.
- Adhere to Company Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards as per IMS requirements.
