Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review and negotiate contracts, including purchase agreements, construction contracts, and vendor agreements - Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements - Coordinate with project managers and vendors to ensure timely execution of contracts - Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents - Monitor contract performance and identify any potential issues or risks - Collaborate with the legal team to resolve any contract disputes or issues - Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies and procedures - Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in contract law - Provide support to other departments on contract-related matters - Prepare reports and presentations on contract status and performance as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the real estate industry - Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - High level of attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
