YOUR ROLEAs a Contracts Engineer, you will have the below key responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Contract Review & Commercial SupportReview contract and subcontract documents during the tender stage and identify contractual qualifications, risks, and deviations.
• Provide support in evaluating commercial and contractual obligations to protect company interests.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with contract terms, project requirements, and applicable contractual frameworks.

• Contract & Subcontract AdministrationPrepare and administer subcontract documents and contractual agreements.
• Draft and manage Variation Orders, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Confidentiality Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Consortium Agreements, and Settlement Agreements.
• Support the administration of both prime contracts and subcontracts, including preparation of contractual correspondence and documentation.

• Claims & Stakeholder CoordinationAssist in the preparation and submission of contractual claims by collating and maintaining contemporaneous project records.
• Support dispute avoidance and claims management activities in coordination with project and commercial teams.
• Attend meetings with internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders related to contractual matters and assigned tasks.
