EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, contract administration, or related finance role.
  • Familiarity with commission tracking models and tools
  • Experience in a services-based or healthcare-related industry.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in NetSuite, Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas), and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts & Finance Manager to support our finance operations and contract administration efforts. This role is responsible for preparing key monthly financial reports, supporting revenue and commission tracking, and maintaining accurate customer contract records.
While this position does not manage the full lifecycle of contracts, it plays an important role in ensuring contract documentation is current, accessible, and tracked appropriately - including managing renewal timelines and key contractual terms. The ideal candidate has a strong financial background, is comfortable working cross-functionally, and is highly proficient in NetSuite, Excel, and financial reporting tools.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to all QMC HIPAA privacy policies and procedures. This includes always maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.
  • Ensures consistent adherence to company attendance policies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
