Description
About RadixArk RadixArk is a seed-stage AI infrastructure company moving fast and building at the frontier. We're built by engineers who've shipped production AI systems at scale — creators of SGLang (20K+ GitHub stars, the fastest open LLM serving engine) and Miles, our large-scale RL framework. Our team has optimized kernels serving billions of tokens daily, designed distributed training systems coordinating 10,000+ GPUs, and contributed to infrastructure powering leading AI companies and research labs worldwide. We're backed by well-known investors in the infrastructure space and partner with Google, AWS, and frontier AI labs — on a mission to democratize frontier-level AI infrastructure through world-class open systems for inference and training. We're a lean, scrappy team and we move with urgency — if you thrive in environments where speed and ownership matter, this is the place for you. The Role As we scale, the volume and complexity of our legal and commercial agreements is growing fast. We're looking for a Contracts & Legal Operations Manager to own our contracts function end-to-end — from NDAs and vendor agreements to more complex commercial and revenue contracts. This is a hands-on role that sits at the intersection of legal, finance, and business operations. You don't need to be a licensed attorney (though it's a plus). What matters most is that you have meaningful experience reviewing, redlining, and managing contracts in a commercial or startup context — and that you bring sound judgment, precision, and a practical business orientation to the work. This role is on-site in Palo Alto, 5 days a week. We operate with intensity and hold ourselves to a high standard. What You'll Own NDA management — reviewing inbound NDAs, redlining where appropriate, coordinating signatures, and maintaining a clean filing system Contract review & redlining — taking point on commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements; escalating to outside counsel when needed Revenue contracts — as we enter a phase of increased commercial activity, supporting the review and negotiation of customer and revenue-related agreements Contract lifecycle management — owning our contracts repository, tracking renewals and key dates, and building lightweight processes to keep everything organized Cross-functional coordination — working closely with Finance, Engineering, and leadership to ensure contracts align with business intent and don't create undue risk Outside counsel management — coordinating with external lawyers efficiently to keep costs down and turnaround times fast Who You Are 3–7 years of experience in contracts management, legal operations, or a paralegal/in-house legal role at a technology company or law firm Comfortable reviewing and redlining a wide range of commercial agreements — NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify issues that actually matter vs. noise Practical and business-minded: you understand that the goal is a signed agreement that works for everyone, not a perfect document that never closes Highly organized — you treat a clean contracts database as a point of pride JD or paralegal certification is a plus, but not required; demonstrated experience with commercial contracts is what counts Integrity-first: we place a high premium on character and judgment in this role Why Join Ownership of a critical function from day one Work directly with founders and leadership on commercially meaningful agreements Competitive compensation and equity Ground-floor opportunity at a well-funded, fast-moving AI company
Responsibilities
The manager will own the end-to-end contracts function, handling everything from NDAs and vendor agreements to complex commercial and revenue contracts. Key duties include reviewing and redlining agreements, managing the contract lifecycle, coordinating cross-functionally, and efficiently managing outside counsel.
