Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance, and optimizing our contractual relationships. Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts throughout their lifecycle Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and relevant laws and regulations Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and partners Analyze and mitigate contractual risks to protect the company's interests Oversee the preparation and review of contract documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address contractual issues and resolve disputes Monitor contract performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) Implement and maintain contract management systems and processes Provide expert advice on contractual matters to senior management and stakeholders Stay updated on local and international contract laws and best practices Qualifications Post-graduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in contract management, preferably in the infrastructure sector Strong knowledge of local and international contract laws Proven track record in successful contract negotiations and dispute resolution Experience in performance monitoring and claims management Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with the Qatar business landscape is a plus Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
