Our client works within the Shopfitting industry with projects Nationwide and are looking for a strong contracts manager to work with their existing team based in Northampton.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a Contract Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the shopfitting industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Keen eye for detail and people management.
Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Running multiple projects at any one time.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract needs and objectives.
  • Draft and prepare contract documents, including terms and conditions, statements of work, and amendments.
  • Conduct contract risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor contract performance, including deliverables, timelines, and payments.
  • Resolve contract-related issues and disputes in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to contract management.
