JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a responsible Senior Contracts Manager. Preferably having 10-15 years experienced
1. Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts.
2. Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
3. Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related matters.
4. Monitor contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company.
5. Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business.
6. Meeting with clients for their requirements.
7. Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
8. Discussing, drafting, reviewing and negotiating the terms of business contracts
9. Agreeing budgets and timescales with the clients
10. Managing construction schedules and budgets
11. Dealing with any unexpected costs.
12. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
13. Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
14. Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
15. Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives
16. Overseeing invoicing at the end of a project.
