Responsibilities

Contracts Manager

  • Lead, manage, and coordinate projects, ensuring they are programmed, resourced, and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, ensuring compliance across all sites under your control.
  • Oversee procurement, commercial reporting, and subcontractor engagement.
  • Drive quality assurance, health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.
  • Produce and analyse progress reports, costs, and forecasts, taking corrective action where needed.
  • Chair and attend client and internal meetings, ensuring clear communication and accurate reporting.
  • Manage risk registers, forecasts, and end-of-life project reviews.
  • Provide strong leadership to project teams, coaching and mentoring staff to support their development.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and public consultations.
