We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Euro Building & Maintenance Contractors Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts effectively, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining our high standards of service. This position is crucial for fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. MUST HAVE BRICKWORK KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in contract management within the construction industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex discussions.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Office applications; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
