CONTRACTS MANAGER – HOARDING & FENCING

Location: Redhill HQ (Office Based and On Site-Based Role)

Due to an exciting period of growth within our award-winning Hoarding Division, Panthera Group is seeking an experienced and driven Contracts Manager to oversee the installation of large external fences and hoarding around construction sites.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Contracts Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects, and is committed to delivering high standards of quality and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in managing teams within construction, fencing and hoarding
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CAT Scanning and underground services.
• Willingness to travel and stay away occasionally if required.
• CSCS card (preferably Gold Card).
• SSSTS certification (or willingness to obtain).

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS (ADVANTAGEOUS BUT NOT ESSENTIAL):

✔ NPORS, IPAF, PASMA, CAT Scanning, SSSTS, or Emergency First Aid.

✔ Oversee and manage hoarding and fencing installations across multiple client sites.
✔ Conduct pre-site surveys, assess project requirements, and liaise with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
✔ Prepare and submit survey reports to the estimating team.
✔ Lead, coordinate, and support installation teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
✔ Plan and schedule work, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining budget control.
✔ Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations, including underground service awareness.
✔ Work closely with transport and warehouse teams to manage materials, logistics, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
