We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multi-trade fitout and bespoke joinery projects across the UK. Based at our South Yorkshire head office, you will manage multiple contracts from start to finish, ensuring operational excellence, compliance with regulations, and successful project delivery on time and within budget. This role requires national travel and close collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple joinery and fitout contracts from inception through to completion
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals
  • Oversee design, manufacture, and installation phases of bespoke joinery packages
  • Manage resources, supply chain, and subcontractor performance across various sites
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, fire safety, and building standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact
  • Lead, develop, and support project and site managers to deliver outstanding results
  • Control project budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive profitability improvements
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Introduce innovation, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement practices
