JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our maintenance contracts and supervising our staff across various sites. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a background in grounds maintenance or a related field, who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor working environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the grounds maintenance or landscaping industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across various locations
  • Flexibility to work later hours and occasional weekends if required

Responsibilities
