Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, client focussed, and results-driven Contracts Manager with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team at HMP Fosse way. This role is a permanent full time position, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £37,711 per annum .

As our Contracts Manager , you will positively provide leadership to the staff team and supporting and facilitating the needs of the service users, in line with our Christian Mission and Values, legislative and regulatory requirements.

  • Manage a stable and effective service within the prison by the efficient delivery of the day-to-day services; within set budgets and to the agreed levels of quality as defined within the Langley Trust Business Plan, Quality Assurance Strategy, Key Performance Indicators and external contract requirements.
  • Maintain and develop a Christ centred culture, values and reputation and to demonstrate strategic Christian leadership by creating an environment that fosters teamwork, promotes diversity and which supports and respects all Stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage the referral process in order to achieve agreed objectives in line with the contractual agreements and key performance indicators. Liaising and working closely with the prison staff to ensure appropriate referrals are selected in line with the referral criteria.
  • Liaise with the main contractor, the National Probation Service, HMPPS, Prisons and other agencies in the assessment, selection and service delivery in order to achieve compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Ensure that clients are supported and empowered to achieve appropriate outcomes through good quality support and the best use of ‘Case Management’ systems so that they continue to meet the outcomes and objectives as set out within the requirements of the contract

The successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work.
